I'm Nakiah Elbert, costume designer, creative director, and founder of Off Script. For over a decade I've worked in costume departments on film and television sets and styled for brands across fashion and editorial. That experience taught me one thing clearly: every identity is already communicating. The question is whether it's saying the right thing.
